Payment Instructions: All fees must be paid in Ringgit Malaysia (for Malaysian Based Companies) and US Dollar (for Overseas Based Companies)
I/We are enclose a cheque (Malaysian companies only) made payable to "DPBS-BITF2009".
I/We are paying by telegraphic transfer made payable to the Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Account Number: 01501006564 (Note: An additional USD10.00 is required for payments via telegraphic transfers).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Registration confirmation will be sent upon receipt of this form and full payment of all fees/charges.
  • The organizers shall not be liable, whether individually or collectively, for any losses suffered by participants in the event BITF is cancelled, postponed, shortened or extended due to any cause beyond its or their control. In such event, monies paid by participants shall not be refunded.

FEES / CHARGES & LATE FEE STRUCTURE

  • Fee Per Booth is RM3,500.00 / USD1,000.00
  • Rental charges for additional furniture(s) or accommodation for additional person(s).
  • Registration after the closing day / date of Tuesday, 1st September 2009 shall be imposed with a late fee of RM350.00 / USD100.00 per booth.

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS / REFUNDS

  • There will be no refund for any cancellation.
  • Substitution must be supported by a written notice to the BITF2009 Secretariat before Tuesday, 1st September 2009.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to sell off registered booths in the event payment is not received by Tuesday, 1st September 2009.
