Sabah offers tremendous opportunities for trade and investment to the local, regional as well as international business players. The implementation of the Sabah Development Corridor (SDC) will certainly pave the way for greater inter and intra regional and international business relations, particularly in the tourism, agriculture and manufacturing sectors. The favourable trade and investment climate in Sabah will go a long way in making the state the preferred destination for business and leisure.
Through this forum, local and international business leaders will have an insight into the various trade and investment prospects and how Sabah can be the ultimate trade and investment destination for business, culture and nature. Held in conjunction with the 2nd Borneo International Trade Fair 2009 (BITF2009), the one-day event provides an ideal opportunity for interactions amongst domestics and international participants and fosters mutually-beneficial business relationship.
- To provide a platform for local and international business leaders, entrepreneurs and investors to gain valuable insights into the prospects and opportunities in trade and investment in Sabah;
- To widen business networking opportunities and foster collaboration in trade and investment amongst the domestic and international participants of BITF2009; and
